What a fucking snack without its main ingredient - horseradish? Yes, no! That's why the next ingredient that you need to add to it is a horse-radish, or to be more precise, its root. In the event that you use one kilogram of tomato, you need about 200 grams of horseradish root, that is exactly five times less. The roots must be washed and cleaned. Then cut them into small pieces.

As you know, horseradish snack should also be acute, so be sure to add garlic to it - about 300 grams will be enough. Before adding it you need to clean it and crush it a little.

And now it's time to go directly to the very preparation of the snack. And you need to start, of course, with horseradish. Pieces of horseradish root should be grated. Alternatively, you can use a meat grinder - it will also grind the roots to the desired state. After that, scroll through the meat grinder tomatoes and garlic. Now you have to add a snack to taste, add to it 100 grams of sugar and three tablespoons of vegetable oil. A fucking snack is also refilled with six percent vinegar - this gives a great piquancy to her taste.

After all the above actions, you need to arrange the snack in pre-prepared jars and roll under the lid. Now the dish is ready.
