What it is?

Since recently the demand for them is large, such complexes have become expensive. It's not quite clear why they cost a hundred or even two hundred dollars. For what, it is asked, to pay? For a piece of wood or metal? From this it follows that a reasonable step will be to make a children's sports complex for the house with their own hands.

If there are all the tools, then why not.

1) By making a kind of Swedish wall, you can save ten times. This is a very good plus, because the extra money is definitely not a hindrance. As they say: "money saved is money earned".

2) The best gift is a gift made by oneself. The child will be very pleased if the father makes such a great gift for himself.

3) Free choice. When you do something with your own hands, this is a great opportunity to show your imagination and make it real.

It's only at least three reasons to do homemade work. In fact, children's sports complexes for the home make it very simple. You just need to make some effort.

And now you can start the work itself. First you need to prepare all the tools and materials. Also it is necessary to think over to the smallest detail what the future corner will look like.

It is best to make the most common Swedish wall. It will not take much time and materials themselves. That's why we will do it. There will be something like a sports complex, only integrated into one. This is an ideal option for a home, especially with a small housing area.

Appearance

How will the children's sports complex look like at home? The photo perfectly shows what a Swedish wall can be . The simpler the option, the better it will turn out. There is no need to invent something phenomenal. The main thing is that the structure should be strong, since the loads on it will be quite large.

And it will look like this: an ordinary wooden staircase, up to the ceiling, there will be a bar on it, and you can already attach gymnastic rings, a rope ladder and a rope to it. This simple design will serve as an excellent sports complex for the house.

What do you need to work?

First of all, you should measure everything as it should. It is very important to know the exact height from floor to ceiling, as the future staircase will rest against it. After that, you can go for the materials themselves. To create a Swedish wall you will need: two beams 150 by 40 millimeters and a long one under the ceiling, ten pieces of cuttings for a shovel with a diameter of twenty-five millimeters, all sorts of consumables (screws, iron corners). It seems to be all about materials. Of the tools you will only need a tape measure, a drill and a 25 mm drill (for wood), a saw, a screwdriver.

Creation of a sports complex

The first thing you need to cut off all the excess beams from the main beams. That is, to fit the size of the ceiling. Then it's worth polishing them properly. Cross bars will be fixed in special grooves every 24 centimeters. Therefore, you need to take a pencil and tape measure and, measuring the distance on each of the beams, make notes. A drill comes into play. A groove with a depth of one centimeter is drilled in each mark. They will hold a crossbar in them.

You can proceed to the crossbeams. Again, from cuttings you need to cut off all that is superfluous. It is not recommended to leave more than one meter. Then it's worth polishing them properly.

Now we need to fix one of the beams. This is done with the help of corners and anchors (you can and using screws). After installing the first rack, you can proceed to the second part.

Cuttings should be inserted into the unfastened beam. For the best entry, use kiyanku. After that, screw the screws from the opposite side. Now the beam is ready. To connect it to the second, already installed part, you need to carefully insert the crossbar into the hole, and then screw it with screws. The second part should be fixed in the same way as the first one.

If desired, you can make a bar. It is welded from ordinary pipes and fixed on iron plates with the help of ordinary screws. Then on all this design rings, a rope and a rope ladder are hung up at will.
