The recipe for this delicacy is relatively simple in terms of both the components used and the technology itself, but this does not affect the excellent taste. Even simply extinguished with carrots and onions, these by-products will suit any garnish and will become an excellent nutritious breakfast. But the heart of chicken fried, the recipe of which includes eggplants, champignons, apple and greens, is the peak of culinary art, not every housewife can do. Roast with mushrooms

So, we need 1 medium eggplant, 1 green apple, 1 large onion, half a kilo of fresh mushrooms, a bank of olives, a bunch of dill and coriander and, of course, the chicken heart itself. The recipe for cooking it is somewhat durable, but definitely worth the attention. First, cut the mushrooms into cubes or small slices and fry them in a very hot oil, so that the mushrooms do not have time to give the juice. Add the onion there and do not remove from the fire until it turns golden. Now put it all in a separate cup, where we cut the chopped greens and peeled diced apple. In the frying pan fry the crushed and pre-soaked eggplant in the salt, and then add the halves divided in half. Next - pre-prepared ingredients and spices to taste. The most refined is a recipe from chicken hearts, if you add salt, black pepper, rosemary, 2 bay leaves and nutmeg to the dish. Now mix everything, pour a third of the glass of boiling water and stew until cooked for 5-10 minutes. At the end, you should squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic for a piquant aroma.

Hearts in creamy sauce

Another interesting dish of your festive table can be a chicken heart, the recipe of which is based on a creamy sauce and spicy spices. For him it will take half a kilo of the main by-product, one or two medium bulbs, half a glass of fatty cream (at least 30%) and seasoning of hops-suneli. First, and we clean the excess fat heart, fry in a deep cast-iron frying pan. Then add finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, hops-suneli and fill the dish with cream. We transfer to a slow fire and tommim under the closed lid, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes until completely ready. A great side dish to this dish will be rice, buckwheat or fresh cakes. As you have already noticed, this is a low-calorie, but very nutritious product - a chicken heart, the recipe of which you can always create yourself, experimenting with the ingredients and sauces.
