Necessary ingredients:

  • Milk with 3,2% fat content - not more than 700 ml;

  1. Take the pot with a thick bottom. We pour milk into it in the right amount. We put on the stove, putting the fire on an average value. We are waiting for the moment when bubbles appear on the milk. Now we reduce the fire to a minimum. Pour a 250-gram serving of white sugar. Stir thoroughly. Sugar crystals must completely dissolve.
  2. Eggs are neatly broken, separating the yolks from the proteins. We put in front of a clean bowl. In it we send only yolks. Beat using a mixer. This process will take 2-3 minutes.
  3. Continue to warm the milk in a saucepan. When it becomes hot, we pour half of it into a bowl with yolks. We stir, not allowing the mass to thicken. The other half of the milk is kept on the stove (the fire should be minimal).
  4. The mixture obtained in the previous paragraph is added to the pan with milk. Cook until thickening of the mass.
  5. We pass the cheese of the "Cheddar" variety through small nozzles. We send it to the pan, which contains egg yolks and milk. Mix the ingredients until the pieces of cheese melt.
  6. We remove the pan from the fire. Its contents are poured into a plastic container through a sieve. This approach will make it possible to separate lumps and cheese pieces.

We wait for complete cooling of the received mass. Then place the container along with the contents in the freezer. But, in order for the dessert to reach the desired consistency, we must fulfill one condition. During the first 2 hours (every 30 minutes), mix the mass. Grocery list:

  • 250 g of strawberry fruit (fresh or frozen);
  • 100 grams of sour cream (fat content is not more than 20%);
