"Kutuzov", cake: recipe for cooking

"Kutuzov" is a cake that will conquer you with the most delicate taste and impeccable appearance. And the main thing is that this dessert is prepared quickly and easily at home. The article presents three recipes with additional ingredients (hazelnuts, cocoa powder and so on). You can choose any option and proceed with the practical part.

Honey cake "Kutuzov"

Grocery set:

  • 150 g of peanuts and raisins;
  • Butter - 50 g for cakes and 150 g for cream;
  • Cow milk with a fat content of 3.2% - one liter is enough;
  • 3 tbsp. L of starch and honey;
  • White sugar - 200 g;
  • three eggs;
  • Cocoa in the form of a powder - no more than 2 tbsp. L;
  • 0,4 kg of flour (the variety is not important);
  • 2 tsp of soda food.

The process of preparing dessert

  1. First we need to make cakes. To do this, drive the eggs into the pot. There we put honey and a 50-gram portion of butter. We beat these ingredients using a whisk or a mixer. The resulting mixture is put on a water bath. Stir until liquid consistency is formed. Add the soda in the right amount. Stir the whisk until the foam appears
  2. We remove the egg-and-oil mass from the water bath. We combine these ingredients with flour. Manually mix the dough. Then divide it into 6 parts. Each piece of dough is sprinkled with flour, rolled into a thin pancake. There is an important point. We need to leave some dough, from which then we'll make a crumb.
  3. Warm up the oven (220 ° C). We cover the surface of the baking sheet with parchment. We lay out on it "pancakes" from the dough. Time for baking cakes - 5-6 minutes.
  4. Now we'll make the custard. In a saucepan combine milk with white sugar. We put on the stove. As soon as the boiling process begins, add the starch. We mix all this with a whisk. When the mass thickens, turn off the fire. We introduce butter (150 grams). Boil the mass until thick. We got a snow-white cream. It should be divided into two parts. It is better to put it in different plates. In one part of the cream we put cocoa powder, mix.
  5. Ready cake is placed on a flat dish. While he has not cooled down yet, we thoroughly cover it with chocolate cream. Sprinkle with ground peanuts. We put the second cake on top. Gently press it. We smeared with white cream. Sprinkle with raisins. So we collect the whole cake. Be sure to smear cream on the sides.
  6. So, we have got a wonderful dessert called "Kutuzov". The cake is decorated with a walnut. Also sprinkled with crumbs on top. Where can I get it? Necessary ingredients:

  • A 100-gram serving of butter (half goes to the icing and half to the dough);
  • Vodka 1 st. L;
  • White sugar - take one glass in the cream, dough and glaze (3 cups);
  • three eggs;
  • Cocoa powder - 50 g;
  • 2 tsp soda (do not quench);
  • Honey of any sort - 3 tbsp. L;
  • 1 kg of sour cream (including: 200 g for glaze and 800 g for cream);
  • Flour - enough 3 glasses.

Step # 1. We lay out on the table all the products from which the dessert "Kutuzov" (cake) will be prepared. First of all you need to melt honey in the water bath with butter, water and beaten eggs. We mix these components without switching off the fire.

Grocery list:

  • Butter - 100 g for dough + a small piece for lubricating the surface;
  • Flour (sort of any) - a couple of glasses;
  • ½ tsp baking powder;
  • Dark chocolate - tiles;
  • Take 1 glass of white sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla;
  • 100 g hazelnuts (without peel) + a little clarified hazelnut for decoration;
  • Large eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Honey - 1 tbsp. L.

On the cream:

  • 1 cup of white sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla;
  • Hazelnut without skin - enough for 100 g;
  • Sour cream with an average fat content of 250 g;
  • A 100-gram serving of butter.

Practical part

  1. Nuts are placed in a coffee grinder or combine for further grinding.
  2. In a bowl, break the eggs. Add two types of sugar - white and vanilla. We beat these ingredients. We put to them a softened piece of butter and honey in melted form. Beat. We introduce nuts, as well as sifted flour mixed with baking powder. We knead to homogeneity.
  3. We get a round shape for baking. We cover the bottom with oil.
  4. Obtained earlier dough is divided in half. One part is gently poured into the mold. We put it in a heated oven. At 200 ° C the cake will be baked for 15 minutes. But that is not all. We reduce the temperature to 180 ° С. To the required condition, the cakes will reach about 20 minutes. In the same way, bake the second one.
  5. We make a cream. In a glass bowl, beat the cold sour cream. To it gradually add two kinds of sugar. Next, put the oil. We continue the process of whipping. Ready cream mixed with chopped hazelnuts.
  6. We begin to "assemble" the cake. Each cake should be sandwiched with cream. Also we cover the top and sides. On all sides, decorate the cake with hazelnuts (ground). A top layer of sprinkled with grated chocolate.
