  • 3 liters of ordinary water;
  • 500 gr. Chicken meat - fillet or chicken leg;

  • 200 gr. Minced meat, it is better to take a mixture of pork and beef;
  • Half a glass of rice;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • On 1 piece. Carrots and onions;
  • 2 pieces of bread or soft white bread;
  • 2 tablespoons Any vegetable oil;
  • 1 whipped egg white;
  • Salt, 1 pc. Bay leaves, black ground pepper and peppercorns (4-5 pieces).

With bread or bread cut the crusts, and soak the crumb in the water. Then add it to mince, season with salt, pepper and mix well. Protein whip, then, having smeared their hands, blind from the received weight of a meatball. Cut potatoes into small pieces, rinse rice. Then, in a pot of boiling water, dip the potatoes and rice, and cook for 7-10 minutes. Then add spices: 1 bay leaf and 5-6 peppercorns. Then add the contents of the frying pan to the soup, lower the meatballs there, and cook for a little more, 10 or 15 minutes. A delicious soup with rice and potatoes is ready.
