Charlotte is one of the most beloved and respected home-made pies. It is prepared very easily. The dough does not require special attention. With a filling too it is not necessary especially to potter. And already eating for both cheeks! However, in most cases, they cook it exclusively with apples. Probably, only by inertia - they say, it is necessary, so it is necessary. But the charlotte with plums, for example, has a very refined and unusual taste, and is prepared just as simply. Exclusively plums

Let's start with the elementary. For starters, let's just have a charlotte with plums, without any additional components. So, take 4 eggs and a glass of sugar. It is made from 2 small chicken eggs, whipped with 150 grams (this is about two-thirds of a glass) of sugar. In the mixture, gradually, constantly whipping, the same amount of flour is added, mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder. Then it's easy: put half the plums (peeled up) on the smeared and flour-filled frying pan, on them - cubes of melon. You can spill cinnamon, but it does not matter. And the dough is poured over the fruit. After half an hour of baking (maximum, in forty minutes) pie can spoil the children.

Plum and apple charlotte

Even if you are not ready to abandon the usual stereotypes, and in your favorite delicacy you must have apples, you still have a charlotte with plums. The recipe quite admits the combination of these fruits. For this pie, you need to beat 5 eggs with a glass of sugar. When you get a thick, thick foam, add vanilla (how much you like it), baking powder (according to instructions on it) and a glass of flour. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, it is ready for further actions with it. A third of the test is poured into the lubricated form. On top of the laid out 3 apples, brushed and cut into proportionate slices. A third is poured in and 8 plums, cut into quarters, are put. Finally, the rest of the dough is poured, and the cake is put in the oven for half an hour (160-180 degrees, depending on the characteristics of the oven). This charlotte with plums and apples can become a favorite dish of your children.

Both plums and peaches

Interestingly, a plum charlotte can be supplemented with very many fruits. The same peaches will very refresh the taste of apple, plum, and apple-plum pie. The dough is cooked as usual: eggs, sugar, flour. There is a lot of controversy, in what ratio they should be. If you do not yet have your own opinion, stick to the tradition: 3 eggs, a glass of sugar and as much flour. More, less is already extremes, and the "golden mean" usually saves. The number of plums and peaches is also a matter of taste. Love fruit - put more, love a biscuit - reduce the fruit filling. On average, it is enough to take two fruits. The rest of the actions are predictable: half the dough is poured into the mold, pieces of fruit are poured into it, which are filled with a test residue. After half an hour, which the cake will stay in the oven, it's time to call everyone for tea with dessert.

Plum charlotte in the multivark

In the now popular kitchen unit, a charlotte with plums can also be prepared. The dough for it is prepared quite traditionally, the fruits are processed in the same way as in the previous recipes, nothing complicated. The main thing in the process is to deal with the regimes.
