For example, it is assumed that the cakes should differ from each other in the filling, that is, the dough is initially divided into three parts, and one is added to each. Better, however, to make three different cakes - so the dessert will look more interesting. So, the dough has been brewed - it's time to bake. But first chop the nuts and drain the water from the pre-soaked raisins. Divide the dough into three parts and add nuts, dried fruits and poppy seeds respectively. Prepare a baking dish by oiling it. Alternately, bake cakes (at 200 degrees) until golden brown, and then allow them to cool completely.

The second option

To make a cake "Tatiana" by this recipe, you will not need honey. Take for each cake half a cup of sugar, flour, sour cream, as well as an egg and a teaspoon of soda. Still you will need starch (1-2 tablespoons), and it does not matter, corn or potato. As fillings also take dried fruits, nuts and poppies (half a cup). First, beat the sour cream with sugar, whisk it well, so that the mass becomes dense. Separately, beat the egg and pour it into the sour cream. Then add all the remaining ingredients, including one of the three fillings, mix. For the next two crusts, the dough is kneaded in a similar manner. In this case, do not press the dough, so immediately prepare the forms, oiled, and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake each serving for at least 20 minutes until golden brown. If the cakes are strongly raised, then just cut each in half, then you will get not three but six cakes. In this case, the layers will become even more saturated with the cream and become even softer and more pleasant to the taste. After baking, allow them to cool completely.

Cream with sourish

Whatever you use the recipe, the cake "Tatiana" is always prepared with sour cream. For its preparation you will need sour cream, and two kinds - home and shop (in the ratio of one to one). The whole cake will take about half a liter. Homemade, more fat, will not give cream, but the store will create that unique sour taste. Still need sugar - one glass. To make it dissolve better, it must be crushed in a coffee grinder to powder state. Mix everything in a bowl, the latter can be slightly cooled in a refrigerator, and whisk until the mass is compacted. When the cream is ready, you can proceed to the assembly of the cake. It is better to do this in a saucepan, then the cream will not flow, but completely soak the cakes. Then just turn over and decorate on top.
