The liver contains some vitamins that are necessary for the human body, since our body does not synthesize these vitamins, it must receive them from the outside, that is, with food. The liver is one of such necessary products. There are a huge number of options for cooking the liver and food with a liver. But today I want to share with you one of the simplest and uncomplicated recipes with a liver - liver pancakes. I will tell you how to prepare liver pancakes for those who are going to do it for the first time and not only.

For preparation we need the following ingredients:

- a liver (300), it is possible any, chicken, beef, pork;

- one onion

- one chicken egg

- two tablespoons of flour

- salt and pepper to taste

- sunflower oil for frying

So, we proceed directly to cooking.

I want to note that before using the liver for food, it is necessary to soak it in milk or at least in water so that all harmful substances come out of it, and only useful elements remain. Soak for at least two hours. Then drain the milk (do not drink it and do not use it in other dishes!) And you can start cooking our pancakes.

Take the liver, onion, egg, put it all in a blender and mix until smooth. If you do not have a blender, then you can use an old meat grinder. In this case, the mass will not be exactly homogeneous, but as a variant it will work.

What happened, pour into the bowl (the mass should be liquid) and add salt, pepper to taste, you can use various spices if you like more sharply. There we add flour. I add so much to get a semi-liquid dough, a consistency similar to non-fat sour cream.

Now go directly to the frying of our pancakes. Frying pan preheat it so that it was hot, pour in it sunflower oil, wait until it starts to crackle (this is necessary so that the dough does not stick to the frying pan), and then with a tablespoon we collect the dough and pour it onto the heated frying pan. The dough should immediately "grab" and form a rounded shape of pancakes (it should not spread over the pan). If the dough spreads, then you added a little flour, try adding more and pouring the next one.

Thus, you get hepatic pancakes, like the usual. They need to be eaten hot, served with garnish and with sour cream. Although they are very tasty and cold, it's already an amateur.
