Quite often this recipe is called yeast rolls. And it is this characteristic that determines the set of products that must be prepared by a prudent culinary specialist. So, to cook 24 buns "Sinabon", you will need:

  • Yeast - five teaspoons;
  • Flour - 1.2 kilograms;
  • Milk - 400 milliliters;
  • Vanilla - to taste, but necessary;
  • Sugar - 240 grams;
  • Vegetable oil (margarine) - 120 ml or gram;
  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons.

First you should dissolve the yeast in a hundred milliliters of warm (about 37 degrees) water, sweetened with four teaspoons of sugar. After that they must be left in this state for about twenty to thirty minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate container with rather high sides mixed flour, slightly warmed milk, eggs, remaining sugar. Next to this mixture are added the approached yeast, vanilla and butter. The dough is carefully kneaded and sent to "rest" in a warm and dark place for two hours.

Remarkable in this recipe is the fact that it offers at least three types of filling. Buns "Sinnabon" can be baked in the classic version with cinnamon, and can be filled with chocolate or apple-nut paste.

So, the first filling, classical. It will need to mix 16 tablespoons of brown sugar with 6 tablespoons of cinnamon. Before you spread the filling on the dough, it should be smeared with butter or margarine.

The second filling, it's chocolate. For it, instead of cinnamon, the same amount of cocoa powder is added.

The filling is the third, unusual, it is also apple-nut. To make it, you need to mix 100 grams of butter and cream cheese in a mixer, and then add two hundred grams of powdered sugar. Only after the buns "Sinnabon" soaked with this cream, they really will be ready and will please the cook with their delicate taste.
