So, in order to cook the ham, baked in the oven, we need the following: a ham of pork (2-3 kg), salt, pepper, cinnamon, 1 large garlic head, green onion, butter.

Although we should not forget that for baking is not all spices are good.

Now the most important moment has come. On the prepared baking sheet with foil, put the ham and carefully wrap the edges of the foil so that all the meat is in it. Try to ensure that all spices are evenly distributed throughout the volume of the foil, and that nowhere there are cuts. Often, it is because the ham in the oven is incorrectly or not completely wrapped, the meat is obtained with flaws. When everything is finished, check the temperature in the oven. It should be exactly 230 ° C. Pork ham in the oven is cooked for 15-20 minutes at this temperature. Then it should be reduced to 180 ° C and cook for about 1-1.5 hours. Before removing the ham from the oven, remove the foil and allow the meat to lightly brown. It turns out a beautiful golden crust that will make the dish more appetizing and will appeal to you and your guests.

Many beginners mistakes make a common mistake - when cooking they forget to cover the ham with foil before putting it back in the oven.
