Beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia": what distinguishes it from other beer producers

Foam drink, which is now called beer, is an ancient drink of mankind. It is for sure not known where beer first appeared, but the fact that it was seen in many civilizations of the ancient world is a fact. Over time, the recipe of the drink changed, like the attitude towards it. Today we will talk about the fine representative of the foamy elixir, which is called the beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia".

The Chuvash Brewery has started its production activities since 1974. In 2024, the plant will celebrate its half-century anniversary in the production of high-quality malt and yeast drinks: a wide range of beer, kvass, and soft drinks (drinking and mineral waters).

The beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia", like the rest of the producer's drinks, is made according to all international standards, preserving its traditions of family brewing, which were carefully preserved and handed down from generation to generation.

In the production of beer only water, rye fermented malt, sugar and hops are used. The composition is simple, but the taste speaks for itself! It is enough to try it once to understand the taste of this traditional beer. Beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia" is prepared in compliance with the strictest brewing standards. All wort preparation processes take place in a closed mode, without penetration of air. Employees track all stages of fermentation and ripening of the drink in an automated mode: all information is displayed on the computer screen. The stage of collection and removal of carbonic acid is performed on high-precision Dutch equipment.

Draft beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia"

The first production of the Chuvash plant was presented to the consumer in the form of draft beer (November 1974), and starting from February 1975, it became available in bottled form.

If you manage to visit the capital of the Chuvash Republic or another city of Chuvashia, you should certainly try the beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia", this is the visiting card of the republic. Its taste differs from other representatives of a foamy drink in that every sip will give you a unique pleasure. Since the drink has a pronounced hop aroma with a wine aftertaste. Achievements of the brewery of JSC "Bouquet of Chuvashia"

Cheboksary manufacturer annually takes part in various competitions and degustations, where it regularly takes pride of place and receives awards for its high-quality products. For example, during the period from 6 to 10 February 2017 JSC "Bouquet of Chuvashia" took part in the exhibition "Prodexpo-2017" among the countries of Europeans and Russians. It should be noted that the Chuvash brewery returned with several gold medals from this exhibition. But participation was hosted by many foreign and Russian companies, among the breweries, 58 organizations provided their products! The competition was serious.

JSC "Bouquet of Chuvashia" received awards for the following products:

  • Beer "Bouquet of Chuvashia".
  • Kvass "The Winter".
  • Lemonade "Give 5".

It is unthinkable to list all the brand's products, since its range is so rich and diverse! In order to get better acquainted with the production of the brewery, you can visit the "Beer Museum", which was opened by the Cheboksary manufacturer, at the initiative of the President of the Republic, in 1997.

Opinions of consumers about the Cheboksary beer drink are similar in many respects: they characterize it as a strong drink with a rich, harmonious taste at an affordable price: around 45-60 rubles for a 0.5 liter bottle. For example, "Ker Sari" beer (light) is described as a drink with a pronounced taste of yeast, bread spices and caramel. Although beer belongs to light varieties, it has a thick copper color.

This beer is a novelty from the brewery. It differs from other varieties not only of JSC "Bouquet of Chuvashia", but also of other manufacturers in that the combination of its components leaves an unforgettable impression. The drink was received by the Chuvash people from their distant ancestors, who cooked beer from barley malt and hops after sowing works.
