Building a frame-panel house with our own hands

To build a frame-panel house by oneself is a matter that at first sight does not require special preparation and skill. But first you need to study the technology, and also choose a foundation that is suitable for the soil that exists in the territory of the proposed construction. A panel house, built on the site with its own hands, will require the builder to purchase a specialized building material. The cost of acquiring the material will pleasantly surprise the builder with cheapness in comparison with other types of construction materials and construction methods typical for the territory of Russia.

The posts themselves are pressed strictly on the size and installed in the ready grooves. After they have all been installed, we attach the upper beam in the same way. The dimensions of the lower and upper frames must be strictly identical. When installing the racks, it is necessary to install temporary slots, which after installation of the upper frame must be removed. Racks should be set strictly vertically using the building level. Longitudinal bridges should be installed without tension, and only by nails with a size of at least 120 millimeters.
