Beets in Korean. Recipe for hot and sweet

Ingredients necessary for cooking: half a kilo of beets, 2 cloves of garlic, half a glass of vinegar, 50 grams of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (better to take sunflower), half a spoonful of tea cinnamon, also half a spoonful of hot chili pepper, .

Beets, first of all, need to be washed very carefully. Then, washed, dip into water and cook over medium heat until half cooked. Peel and grate on medium sized grater. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, garlic crushed and vinegar. Mix thoroughly and pour 50 grams of hot sunflower oil. In some kind of trays, let the mixture run in oil for at least a few hours. Then the oil that turns out to be superfluous (that is, that the beets can no longer absorb into itself) should be gently drained. Everything, the dish is ready, pleasant to you of appetite!

Beets in Korean. The recipe in the frying pan

You will need: 1 kilogram of beetroots, 1 spoon of ground teaspoon coriander seeds, half a spoonful of tea red hot pepper, as much ground black, 6 cloves of garlic, vinegar to taste, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, (But it should still be less than sugar).

Wash the beetroot, put in a potted water pan to cook. From the moment it boils, cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Then the beets will turn out exactly as you need - half-baked. Turn off and fill with cold water until completely cooled. Take out when it cools down, and cut into a special Korean grater. Then add sugar, salt and pour vinegar. You can, of course, cut and just a knife, but it's longer and harder, and you will not achieve the desired effect. Wait one minute - during this time you can just have time to mix with each other all the spices. Put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil and then, in order not to spoil all the beets in Korean (the recipe gives this moment a lot of attention), until it has had time to warm up, topped with a mixture of seasonings, prepared in advance. After 10 seconds, remove from heat and mix this mixture with beets. Everything, a pleasant appetite!

Beets in Korean. Recipe without sugar

This recipe is not for everyone, for an amateur. Some people think that sugar is inappropriate in this dish, so that you have the opportunity to try and decide for yourself - a list of products: 1 clove of garlic, salt, 2 teaspoons of red pepper, 2 tablespoons of tea coriander, 3 table spoons 9% vinegar, a glass of vegetable oil.

Wash beets, clean and boil. Peel the garlic and grate the smallest grater. Mix beetroot with garlic, add salt, pepper and coriander. Now we must try it on taste - if something is missing, we must add. Pour vinegar - in no case do not overdo it; And mix again.

Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, turn on the fire and heat it to a "haze". Remove immediately afterwards with gas and gently pour into beetroot. At the same time there will definitely be a lot of splashing, loudly hissing, but do not be scared. Stir, cool and put the clock for 6 in the refrigerator.
