Such different, but always juicy and tasty chicken rolls.

All the more popular among our compatriots enjoy all kinds of dishes from the chicken. In addition to the fact that this meat is referred to as dietary products, it is also delicious and quick to prepare. And rolls from chicken fillet are very delicate and juicy, they look appetizing, and do not require much time for cooking.

Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese.

Necessary ingredients: Chicken fillet (1 kg.), Champignons (200 g.), Large onion, cheese (100 g), several spoons of flour, cream (200ml.), Salt, vegetable oil, pepper.

Preparation. The bulb is cleaned and finely shredded. Champignons washed and cut into thin slices. In a hot frying pan fry for 7-8 minutes. Chicken fillet is divided into portions, washed and soaked excess liquid with a napkin, beat off with a hammer. Pound off the slices and lightly sprinkle with pepper and add salt. Hard cheese rubbed on a grater. For each piece of chicken we put a little grated cheese, wrap the fillets in the form of rolls. So as not to unwind, we fix them with toothpicks. We put it on a frying pan, adding vegetable oil, a little fried from two sides.

Fried chicken rolls are put in deep form. Cream pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, add a few spoons of flour and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add salt, add fried mushrooms with onion and leave for another few minutes on fire. We pour hot mold with rolls. If desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs. We warm up the oven, place the mold in it and bake at 200 degrees 20-30 minutes.

Chicken rolls with mushroom filling.

Ingredients: Chicken fillet (300-400 gr.), Mushrooms (300 gr.), Large onion (1 piece), cream (200ml.), Salt, vegetable oil, a little flour, pepper.

Preparation. Champignons finely chopped (slices or cubes), put on a preheated frying pan, pour the vegetable oil and fry over a small fire. Peel the onion from the peel and cut into small cubes. Put to the mushrooms, when they boil water, and they will darken a little. Onions and mushrooms mix pepper and salt. If desired, you can put butter. After the filling is toasted, it should be put out of the pan to cool faster.

Chicken fillet washed and divided into flat pieces of medium size. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Each piece is lightly beaten, in order not to damage the meat, we use food film. In the middle of the chicken fillet we put a little mushroom filling and wrap the rolls, so that they do not unwind, we use toothpicks. Each roll is rolled in flour and fried, adding vegetable oil, on a hot frying pan from all sides. After the appetizing golden crust appears, we spread the chicken rolls into a cast-iron pot or deep pan, pour the cream and stew over a small fire with the lid closed for about half an hour.

Chicken rolls with tomatoes and pepper.

Ingredients: Chicken fillet (900 gr.), Tomatoes (300 gr.), Basil, Bulgarian pepper (100-150 gr.), Pepper, salt.

Preparation. Wash tomatoes, peel off them, cut into small pieces. With pepper remove the seeds and stems, also finely chopped. Put the prepared pepper, tomatoes and washed ground basil leaves in a well-heated frying pan (you can add some oil) and stew until the weight begins to thicken. Put the vegetable filling from the frying pan into the plate for cooling.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and use a food film to repel, season with spices and salt. Leave to marinate for a while.

In the middle of each chipped piece of chicken put the vegetable filling and wrapped with rolls. Secure with toothpicks or rewind. Roll the rolls tightly in a baking dish. If desired, pour tomato juice or ground (grated) fresh tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. The temperature of the baking is 220 degrees.
