Baked potato. Several ways of baking

For baking potatoes, use its large, starchy tubers. For this preparation, a potato with yellow or white flesh is suitable, but it is especially good with a red skin.

As we know, fresh potato tubers are rich in carbohydrates, potassium and vitamin C. Baked potatoes are an excellent source of nutrients, more of which are found in the skin. The deeper to the center of the potato, the less the amount of nutrients remains.

Baked potato.

To prepare six servings, take six large-sized potatoes, 120 grams of fresh sour cream, 50 grams of cheese of a solid consistency, one small onion, 120 grams of bacon smoked.

Baked potatoes with tomatoes.

To make such a delicious dish, you will need potatoes, garlic if desired, cherry tomatoes on branches.

On the preheated pan, pour in the sunflower oil and spread the peeled chopped potatoes. Add salt, add pepper and garlic and fry over high heat until crusty. The oven should be preheated (180 degrees). Now, to fry the potatoes, place the pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Next, take out the potatoes, cover it with tomatoes, directly on the twigs, and put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. To make the potatoes even tastier and smoother, the tomato peel should burst.

Stuffed baked potatoes.

For stuffed potatoes you will need eight medium-sized potatoes, two cloves of garlic, one or two tablespoons of fresh sour cream, 50 grams of Gorgonzola cheese, 100 grams of Mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of spices, 200 grams of fresh pepper, 150 grams of fresh tomatoes , Two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Do not peel off the peel of the tubers, wash and wipe with a paper towel. Then put it on a baking sheet, pre-coated with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven (180 degrees), for about an hour, until the potatoes become soft.

Finished potatoes peeled from one side, and then from the peeled side make a groove in order to get shells or boats.

Prepare two large potatoes, 100 grams of butter, 100 grams of Parmesan cheese or similar, a little vegetable oil, 60 ml of thick cream, 60 grams of hard cheese, salt.

Take two potatoes, rinse it thoroughly. Make cuts, just not until the end. Slice the butter and cheese into pieces and put into potatoes, alternating.

Put the dish in the oven for 45 minutes. Then remove it and pour it with cream. Then sprinkle with grated hard cheese and send another 15 minutes into the oven.

Baked potatoes in aerogrill.

It will take several tubers. And the recipe itself is simple: thoroughly rinse the potatoes. Lay it on an aerial grill of medium size and bake first at 260 degrees, twenty minutes, but with a high swelling. Then reduce the temperature to 230 degrees and continue baking for another twenty minutes.
