· Nuts (walnuts) - 300 g;

· Butter - 250 g (put in the dough only 50 g);

· Powdered sugar - 300 g.

To make syrup, you will need:

· A glass of sugar;

· Honey - a tablespoon.

In a bowl, sift flour, to make a hill. We make a groove in it and add salt, pre-melted butter, warm milk, egg. Mix the dough so that it comes out steep and elastic. It is necessary to mix the dough for 7 minutes. After mixing, wrap it in a plastic bag and leave it for 30 minutes.

Grind the nuts, add cinnamon and powder to them.

Dough is divided into small balls. We take one ball and while working with it, the dough should be covered.
