1. The cake "Luck".

Ingredients: one liter of milk, one hundred grams of yeast, five eggs, one glass of sour cream, three glasses of sugar, one hundred grams of vegetable oil, one packet of margarine, one and half tablespoons of salt, vanillin, raisins and flour.

In milk, yeast is bred with sugar and left for a few minutes for foaming. Meanwhile, yolks are rubbed with sugar, sour cream is added, the rest is milk, melted margarine, salt, vanilla and yeast, as well as flour in an amount that produces a medium-consistency dough, and vegetable oil. The dough should be kneaded, covered with a napkin, and put in a bowl with hot water. When the water cools, you need to add even hotter. When it is mashed for the second time, raisins are added to it. Thus, the dough will fit three times, then it is put in a mold and baked at high temperature. It should be noted that this dessert is baked quickly.

In the meantime, prepare the glaze. To do this, you need to beat the whites with sugar in a steep foam, adding a little lemon juice. Ready-made sweet pastry is glazed and decorated with coconut shavings or any other powder.

2. Cottage cheese puffs.

Ingredients: four hundred grams of cottage cheese, three hundred grams of butter (you can margarine), three glasses of flour, half a spoonful of soda, three tablespoons of sour cream.

In the flour add soda, and separately in cottage cheese - butter, sour cream, then everything is mixed, the ball is rolled from the received mass, the dough is divided into small portions of 100 grams, sheets are poured from them, which are sprinkled with sugar and wrapped. The rolls are cut from above, sprinkled with sugar (to make the baking sweet), spread on a baking tray and bake.

3. Beer puffs.

Ingredients: three hundred grams of butter, two glasses of beer, three glasses of flour, one spoonful of salt.

Of all the ingredients, you need to knead the dough and put it in the cold for two hours. Then it is sandwiched in oil and put again in a cold place for one hour. After the time has passed, the dough is rolled into a layer one centimeter thick, cut into pieces that are dipped in sugar and baked in the oven.

4. Cake in the glaze (sweet pastry in the bread maker).

Ingredients: for the spoons - fifty grams of flour, four eggs, two spoons of yeast, half a kilogram of flour, three tablespoons of sugar, six spoons of butter. When the audible signal is heard , add half a spoonful of salt, three tablespoons of sugar, one spoonful of vanillin, two hundred and fifty grams of flour, half a spoonful of yeast, and a hundred grams of raisins. For glaze - one spoonful of hot milk, one hundred grams of powdered sugar.

All ingredients are laid in the bakery, set to 1 "A" and baked for three and a half hours.

For the preparation of the glaze, sugar powder should be mixed with milk until a uniform consistency is obtained and watered the ready cake. From above it can be sprinkled with crushed nuts.
