I'll tell you honestly, the photographer tried to glory, because from one glance at this cake slobbered, and the impression was created that this is the most delicious "Medovik" in the world. To get rid of this uncontrolled salivation, it was necessary to eat it in the near future. In the store to go for him was lazy, so I decided to just cook it myself. After reading how to make a cake "Medovik", I set to work. It turned out that this is a very simple recipe.

Cake "Medovik" is made from a very modest set of products. The dough needs 150 grams of honey, 100 grams of butter, three chicken eggs, one and half cups of flour and a half teaspoons of soda.

First, according to the instructions, I whipped eggs, then added honey, sugar and butter, all this was put in a water bath. Stirring, warmed the ingredients until a homogeneous, tasty smelling mixture was obtained. She removed the saucepan from the fire, cooled the mixture, it turned white. Now came the turn of the flour, it had to be poured in parts and gently stirred, so that the test did not leave a lump. The dough was ready. I was a little worried that it would stick to my hands, but the author of the recipe reassured me, after writing below, that this is exactly what it should be.

On a greased baking sheet, I laid out some of the dough, stretched my hands in a circle, then crushed it with a lid from a frying pan, uneven edges cut off with a knife. And put in a preheated oven to bake for 6 minutes. The fragrance, I tell you, was stunning in the kitchen! The cake turned out to be even, round, ruddy and strikingly tasty! Inspired by the result, I also baked the cakes from the remaining test, they turned out four, and with the first - five. Now I almost fulfilled all the instructions given by the recipe. Cake "Medovik" fully justified my efforts and expectations.

It remains only to prepare the cream to smear the cakes. Kinds of a cream were offered the most different, but for some reason I have chosen a cream from sgushchenki. Probably because there was a whole pot in the refrigerator. Yes, and the recipe was fabulously simple - a pack of butter had to be beaten with condensed milk, add a spoonful of vanilla - and the cream is ready! Moreover, it was not only easy to prepare, but also very tasty, with a gentle, mild flavor. Now, before I tried this gorgeous cake, I had very little left.

Spread each cake with a thick layer of cream, then cover the top of the cake and sides with the remnants of the cream and sprinkle it with the crumbs from the dough. Where did the baby come from, you ask? It's very simple, remember those rough edges of the dough, which we cut with a knife from the cakes? That's them, and I crushed it, however, at my own peril and a little bit complicated the recipe, the cake "Medovik" decided to make a little more author's. In the closet there were candied fruits and walnuts - I put them between the cakes, and sprinkled chocolate chips on top of the crumbs. Everything, my cake was ready, I put it in the refrigerator to cool down and went to sleep, anticipating the chic evening tea party ...

... And when I woke up and went to the fridge, for a moment I was dumbfounded - on the bottom shelf in a small saucer lonely lay a small piece of cake, and my handsome man disappeared somewhere! Hearing the happy sniff from the bedroom, I went there and saw the picture: my tired husband slept a heroic sleep after work, his mouth was smeared with cream of condensed milk, on his stomach there was a dish with a half-eaten piece of cake. In a dream, he smiled happily and serenely, like a child, satisfied with himself. I came home from work, I saw a slumbering wife and decided not to wake her, to have supper myself, than it is necessary ... Well, on health! Thank you, that although I have postponed a piece, I deserve it all the same ...
