Baked salmon

A lot has been said and written about the beneficial properties of fish. Also much is known about the value of salmon. This fish is rich in vitamins and minerals. Regular consumption of salmon in food positively influences the work of the brain and central nervous system, makes our arteries more elastic, beneficial effect on the work of the heart. So how to cook salmon? This fish is boiled and gets a great rich ear. It is fried, cooked on charcoal or grate. Salmon baked also takes its rightful place in the list of the best fish dishes. I want to offer you several recipes for this wonderful product.

Salmon, baked on the first recipe, is prepared as follows: the fish are cleaned, mine, carefully separate the fillet with a sharp knife and cut it into pieces of medium size. We put the fish in a special form for baking. Sprinkle the fillet with chopped herbs and chopped cheese. The form is filled with the prepared mixture: whisk together a couple of eggs and 100 grams of milk. This mixture must be salt or add soy sauce. In the oven, heated to 150-170 degrees, lay the shape with the fish. Salmon, baked with cheese, will be ready in about twenty minutes. By this time, the cheese will turn brown. Since the fish fits well with mushrooms, they can be added as a separate layer to the fish. And it can be sprinkled in the preparation stage with lemon juice. If you allow a purse, you can add prawns to this dish.

Salmon, baked with potatoes, will certainly have to taste lovers of high-calorie hearty dishes. For this recipe, you will have to boil potatoes cut into slices until half-ready. This needs to be done, since the fish is cooked on average for twenty-five minutes, while the raw potatoes need much more time (usually potatoes are cooked for an hour). Throw the potatoes in a colander and drain excess liquid. Prepared a salmon cut into portions, and the onion, cut into rings, we fill with boiling water, we do this so that the onion becomes softer and more tender in the prepared dish. The bottom of the baking tray or the form in which the baked salmon will be cooked, greased with vegetable oil, potatoes from the colander, and then pieces of salmon fillet are laid on it. Lay the onion rings next layer. A dish of salt and, if necessary, pepper. For the juiciness of potatoes, water everything with mayonnaise, and since mayonnaise is very fatty and heavy, it is better to use it mixed with sour cream and water in equal proportions.

During baking, both fish and vegetables will be well saturated with this composition, and the dish will turn out to be very gentle. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150-170 degrees and send our baking tray there. After 30 minutes, the baked salmon is ready! Sprinkle it with fresh herbs and serve it to the table.

The beauty of this dish is that it does not require long preparation, it is prepared simply and quickly. If you do not want to boil pre-potatoes, you can cut it into circles and grease with mayonnaise. In this case, the potatoes are laid in an oven without fish. We put it on a baking sheet in half an hour over the almost finished potatoes and return it to the oven to finish cooking for another twenty minutes. Thus, the cooked dish will turn golden and crisp.

Salmon - the fish is fat, because whatever cooking method you choose, it will have to turn out juicy. And when baked, it will also be a useful dish, as it is a gentle way, which does not require additional fats. What can not be said about potatoes. Baked with mayonnaise, terrificly tasty, it will receive an additional portion of caloric content, because people caring about their figure, you need to take this into account, imposing in your plate another portion of an attractive dish.
