A recipe for children: milk jelly. Three options for dessert

This popular dish of Russian cuisine is known since ancient times. Even in fairy tales it is mentioned about dairy rivers and hosel shores. And, probably, for a reason. Dish, due to its low calorie content, is widely used in various diets. It is also especially popular as desserts for children. Especially useful are oatmeal and milk jelly. The recipe of the latter is presented in this article in several variants. Choose the one you like.

The first recipe: Milk jelly with vanillin

Ingredients

- one liter of milk;

- a bag of vanillin;

- four tables. Spoons of sugar;

- one egg;

- two tables. Tablespoons of starch.

Preparation

Sugar beat with a whisk with an egg. Pour half of the milk into the mixture and bring to a boil. In the other part, dissolve the starch. In the hot milk, gradually pour the second mixture, continuously mixing. After the appearance of the first bubbles, turn off the fire. Add vanillin and pour over the glasses. Cool chili sauce on top with grated chocolate or cocoa.

The second recipe: milk thick jelly with jam

Ingredients:

- three glasses of milk;

- two tables. Spoons of sugar;

- four tables. Tablespoons of starch.

Preparation

This dessert is served in combination with any sweet jam, so the volume of sugar is slightly reduced. Prepare the jelly for the described recipe better in a water bath, because because of the density there is a danger of "boiling" to the bottom when using any kind of dishes. In cold boiled milk, dissolve the mixture of starch with sugar. Then, putting the container with the jelly into the boiling water, continuously stir. Gradually the mass begins to thicken. When there are signs of boiling, remove the dishes with a dish from a water bath. Pour the kissel into the molds, after cooling, place it in the refrigerator. When serving, turn the dessert on a plate and pour over the jam. You can slightly change the recipe - milk jelly can also be decorated with fruit. Use the baits for a beautiful design.

The third recipe: milk puff

Ingredients:

- two glasses of milk;

- two tables. Tablespoons of starch;

- table. A spoon of semolina;

- two tables. Spoons of sugar;

- an incomplete glass of sliced fruit (garnet, banana, kiwi, strawberry, etc.)

- an incomplete glass of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, etc.)

Preparation

An interesting variant of the dish is obtained by alternating cut fruits, nuts and boiled mass. Especially useful is a milk jelly for children. Make a dry mixture of sugar, starch and mango. Pour half of the milk into it. The second part boil. In the hot milk gradually introduce the first mass, whipping. As soon as everything boils, jelly is ready. After cooling to room temperature, lay it on the molds, alternating with fruits and nuts. A particularly attractive dessert can be obtained by adding two to three tablespoons of cocoa to the dish. The additional component is mixed during the preparation of the free-flowing mixture. A more complex variant of dessert is obtained by cooking two milk masses - light and dark. Ready-made delicacy can be served both in a warm form, and in a cold. But you need to consider that when finding the finished jelly at room temperature for more than two hours, whey can peel off. Therefore, this dessert is recommended or cooked in small portions, or stored in the refrigerator for a day.
