Meanwhile, boil the spinach (for one minute put in boiling water), throw it into a colander, cool and coarsely chop. Season with olive oil and add to the soup, pre-salt it.

2. Cook the pumpkin in batter.

3. Baking with pumpkin: pancakes.

Ingredients: five hundred grams of peeled pumpkin, three tablespoons of sugar, two eggs, two hundred grams of flour, soda and salt.

Pumpkin rubbed on grater, add eggs, soda, salt, sugar and flour and knead the dough. Using a spoon, put the fritters on a frying pan, which is pre-poured with oil, and fry for three minutes on each side. Serve baked with sour cream.
