The plot of the movie

Davydov - a young man who lives in the Leningrad region and has already managed to get a higher education, some experience in the work of agricultural land. Meanwhile, a conflict is brewing in the kolkhoz - the kulaks are actively using poorly educated and poor people to ignite political conflicts, setting them against Makar Nagulnov.

But the methods based on the ordinary belief of the people differ from those that Nagulnov used to use. After several dramatic cases, Davydov and Makar still come to terms. The plot is based on real events that took place in the thirties of the twentieth century.

Chernov Peter

Peter is an actor from the "Virgin Soil Upturned," a rather popular personality. He devoted his life entirely to work in the theater and filming in feature films. He was born in the beginning of the 20th century in a small village Medvedchikovo. In modern times, the village is located in the Yaisk district of the Kemerovo region. Evgeny Matveyev

Matveev Eugene is an actor of theater and cinema, as well as a director and teacher. He was born in a small village of Novoukrainka (now in the Kherson region). In his rooms he performed simultaneously the role of magician, dancer, vocalist. Prior to the war, in 1941, Matveev entered the film studio in the school of actors in the city of Kiev. However, he left there, because he decided to go to the front. After the war he played in the drama theater of the city of Tyumen, and then moved to Novosibirsk. Was engaged in teaching in VGIK.

Lyudmila Khityaeva

Khityaeva Lyudmila is a Soviet actress of theater and cinema, one of the most popular women in the USSR. Born in the family of an engineer-economist and military doctor. The head of the family during the Great Patriotic War worked at a military plant and strongly supported the army.

After graduation, the girl entered the Gorky Theater School by sheer accident. Lyudmila came to support her friend at the time of admission, but suddenly asked the commission to listen to her. In 1952, Khityaeva worked in the troupe of the Gorky Drama Theater.

In the series "Quiet Don", consisting of three parts, Khityaeva played the role of Daria Melekhova, a carefree girl with a hard and tragic fate. After it was the work of an actress in "Virgin Soil Upturned" and "Catherine Voronina", as well as the famous painting "Evenings on a Farm near Dikanka".

Married Lyudmila was twice. The first husband was 5 years older, studied at the Gorky Theater School. The second husband is a urologist who died in the 1970s. After Lyudmila, she did not want to marry, and she alone raised Pavel's son.
