Today, ordering a ready-made pizza at home or in the office is not at all a problem. Dozens of restaurants and pizzerias in vain offer their services, including "Lac Pizza". But if you have a little time and a lot of desire, you can cook pizza yourself. Thus, you will prove to yourself that you are no less able to cope with the task than the chef of a well-known institution.

There are three "whales" on which the real pizza is kept: tomato sauce, dough and cheese. Everything else is a matter of your taste and imagination. If there are no problems with cheese, you just need to buy the right one, then the requirements for the test and tomato paste are special. Let's try to cook all the rules of Italian cuisine and then both independently.

Mix the yeast dough for pizza

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 0,5 glasses;
  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) - one third of the glass;
  • Flour - about 300 g;
  • Sugar - 3 teaspoons;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Soda - half a teaspoon.

In a glass with kefir, we pour out soda and wait for about 10 minutes until it is extinguished. Thoroughly sift flour. Kefir poured into the dish in which we will prepare the dough, there we put salt, sugar and pour oil. Stir well and gradually pour out the flour. Mesim diligently, until the mass does not stop sticking to his hands. The finished dough is covered with a film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We prepare the yeast dough, as in the restaurant "Lac Pizza", only better

Ingredients:

  • Water - 1/2 cup;
  • Dry yeast - 1 sachet;
  • Vegetable oil (better olive) - 1 table. L .;
  • Flour - 200 g;
  • Salt - 1/3 teaspoon.

Mix the dry ingredients. Water warmed up to 38 degrees, add oil, mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour, yeast and salt. Dough mesom until the hands will not stop sticking. Then tighten it with food film and leave for 40 minutes.

Delicious tomato sauce

Of course, you can use ready-made ketchup, but we are preparing a real pizza, not shanku with sausage and tomatoes. We will compete in the skill with the chefs of the institution "Lac Pizza".

Ingredients:

  • Ripe tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • Tomato paste - 1-2 table. L.
  • Herbs: oregano, thyme, basil or your favorite - without regret.
  • Ground black pepper - at your discretion.
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 table. L.
  • The water is half a cup.
  • Sugar - 40 g.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Heat oil in a frying pan, lay out finely chopped tomatoes, cook over medium heat until soft. Then add all the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes, mix thoroughly and continue the quenching process for about 10 minutes, reducing the fire. I assure you: even if you order a finished product in "Lucky Pizza" in St. Petersburg and compare with what you end up with, the comparison will not be in favor of the purchased products. Do not regret the effort and time spent.

Preparing the classic "Margarita": as in the famous "Lac Pizza", only tastier

Ingredients:

  • Self-prepared dough for pizza.
  • Our tomato sauce.
  • Fresh tomatoes: cherry - 7 pcs. Or those that you like more - 4 pcs.
  • Cheese "Mozzarella" - 200 g.
  • Cheese "Parmesan" - 70 g.
  • Fresh basil (preferably green) - 1 bunch.

The dough is rolled very thinly into a circle. Meanwhile, we heat the oven to 200 degrees. Pizza molds are lubricated with oil or lined with baking paper. Dough lay in the form and generously grease our sauce. We put the cut tomatoes from the top : cherry in half, others in circles. Cheese "Mozzarella" is also cut into mugs and placed on tomatoes. On top of all the sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, finely grated. "Lac Pizza" nervously smokes on the sidelines, seeing the masterpiece that we got. We put this miracle in the oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes. A signal of readiness will be the appearance of a ruddy crust on the edge. Ready pizza is decorated with basil leaves and served on the table.

Practically in any large city of Russia there are restaurants of the network "Lucky Pizza": Sterlitamak or Chelyabinsk, St. Petersburg or Moscow - everywhere there is an opportunity to order a finished product. But you just imagine this divine aroma of baked pizza floating around the house - and all doubts will fall away. Bake yourself!
