How can you deliciously and quickly cook the liver

This, perhaps, is one of the most popular recipes. It is very simple, and although the liver in the dish is clearly felt, it turns out very tasty. True, small children, perhaps, should not offer this dish. So, let's talk about how to cook a liver more deliciously. You need to stock up a handful of champignons (about 200 g), 100 ml of low-fat cream, a spoonful of flour, butter, salt and paprika (preferably white) to taste. In addition, you will need a bunch of greenery and, of course, a chicken liver in the amount of 300 g. These products will suffice for 2 "adult" portions or 3 small.

One of the secrets of how best to cook a liver chickens: it should be thoroughly washed and cleaned of all films. Acting must be done carefully enough that the pieces themselves do not spread, but decisively: any fragment that for some reason seems suspicious should be immediately discarded. This includes damage, discoloration or product structure. Any such piece can be tasteless or bitter, which will have a very negative effect on the final result.

After preparation, the product is cut into fragments of medium size and placed on a hot pan. To the liver does not "shoot", it should be fried without oil. You can pour a little water, but in no case add fat.

When it changes color, you can put butter, flour, and then salt with pepper. Now it is fried until the appearance of a characteristic crust (about 10 minutes), stirring. Half a kilo of chicken liver is taken with 2 onions, a spoonful of tomato paste, as much flour, 100 ml of water, a little vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste (just black pepper, but you can add others). For the sauce, of course, you need an apple - a large, moderately sweet.

The liver is thoroughly washed, cleaned of films and cut into medium pieces. First, it is fried in a dry hot frying pan, then add a little oil and onions in half rings. After that, reduce the heat and leave for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For the sauce, the apple is cleaned, finely rubbed, mixed with water and tomato, salt, pepper and flour added, poured into a pan with a liver. Stew, covered with a lid, 5 more minutes. Serve with any side dish.
