I started cooking dishes in pots for a long time, at some point such dishes were even slightly fed up. But after a while I decided to cook meat in pots with mushrooms. This dish is prepared simply, but it turns out very tasty and satisfying.

So, in order to cook meat in pots with mushrooms, we will need the following products (based on 6 servings of pots): 500 grams of low-fat pork, 6 large potatoes, 250 grams of champignons, 3 large onions, a package of cream (this is approximately 200 ml , I take 12% cream), tomato sauce, mayonnaise, salt and greens if desired.

Meat in pots with mushrooms is not difficult to prepare, for this you just need to collect all the ingredients and arrange them in pots. Pork cut into small cubes, pile on pots in equal proportions, salt, add a spoonful of vegetable oil on the dining room. Chop onion, add to the meat, mix everything. Then potatoes are mine, cleaned and cut into small cubes, as well as meat. Mushrooms chop, fry until half cooked in vegetable oil. In general, there are a lot of dishes in pots, so everyone can cook the way he likes. For example, very original meat is obtained in a dough with mushrooms. It turns out something like a pie. For cooking, we need 600 grams of fresh beef pulp, 500 grams of puff pastry, 300 grams of any ceps (I usually use champignons as usual because other mushrooms are difficult to get, especially in winter), one large onion, olive oil, 1 chicken egg, Greens, a little mustard, breadcrumbs, salt and spices at will.

If you do not have a ready test, you can cook it yourself. We need a pack of butter, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 400 grams of premium flour and a batch of baking powder. Egg whisk together with salt, add soft butter, add flour and baking powder, knead the steep dough, which we send for 20 minutes to the refrigerator. The dough is ready.

Next, we will mushroom, rinse, grind and fry in olive oil with onions. Greenery finely chop and connect with mushrooms, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I use 2 handfuls of biscuits). Then we cut the beef into large bars and fry in oil from all sides. Ready dough rolled into a layer, put a piece of beef, cover the meat with a mushroom filling and wrap everything with rolls. Bake in the oven until cooked. Serve this yummy hot, you can with a vegetable garnish.

Of course, meat with porcini mushrooms is combined in any variations. For example, you can simply put out the meat and ceps in sour cream sauce or mayonnaise. We need 500 grams of beef, 300 grams of ceps, any two medium bulbs, 150 grams of sour cream, salt, greens and spices for meat. We cut the meat with small blocks, we cut the mushrooms so that the shape of the mushrooms is preserved . Chop the onions. In a deep frying pan pour a little oil, lay out the meat, salt and fry for about 10 minutes. Then spread the mushrooms, season with spices, add the sour cream, a little water and stew until cooked. Ready dish can be decorated with greens and served with any side dish or without it. Potatoes, of course, is the perfect side dish for meat, no matter whether cooked or baked.
