This recipe is good in case they come unexpectedly and you have very little time. The sirloin of meat or a thin edge (0.5 kg) is cut into small slices and beaten. Fry everything when stirring for 5-6 minutes. After that, the meat is sprinkled with flour and fried again for 2-3 minutes. Add ¾ cup sour cream, mix and stew for about 5 minutes. This recipe requires very little time and is useful to those who do not know how to cook meat quickly and delicious when the guests are already on the threshold.

The original and winning option - meat under a fur coat, the recipe of which is not very difficult, but with it will have to tinker. Pork pork is washed and cut into small, thin slices, which must be carefully discouraged. The pan is lubricated with oil and spread on it with meat, pepper and salt. Onions are put onions cut into half rings and crushed garlic, then - a layer of potatoes, which beforehand are cut into small thin slices, as for frying, or rubbed on a large grater. Put tomatoes on the potatoes, cut from the plates, from which you need to peel. Each layer should be peppered and salt. From above all is abundantly greased with mayonnaise. Bake meat under a fur coat in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of +180 degrees. 5 minutes before the top is sprinkled with grated cheese and put the baking sheet in the oven again, so that the cheese melts.
