Pork fried with onions: tender, juicy, different

Pork - tender, very tasty meat. Despite the fact that nutritionists do not like pork very much, it is rich in vitamins belonging to group B, iron, zinc. Without these substances, normal cardiac activity is impossible, therefore pork must be present in the menu.

Another thing is that frequent consumption of this meat, especially roasted, negatively affects the figure. But sometimes (preferably, as rarely as possible), you can make an exception and indulge the home with a real man's dish - fried pork.

In a frying pan fry the mushrooms, first without oil. When the excess liquid evaporates, add butter and onions, stew until they are ready.

Pork is cut into pieces of medium size, placed in hot oil. In order not to cause an "oil explosion" from the contact of the hot oil and wet meat, the pieces should be soaked dry.

When the meat gets flushed on one side, it is turned over. And when a crust is formed, the fire is removed, mushrooms with onion are added to the pork, covered with a lid and fried until tender. In the end, salt, pepper.

Pork can be fried with any mushrooms, but it is especially fragrant if you use forest mushrooms.

To prepare this dish, pork and onions are first marinated in vinegar, adding salt and favorite spices. After two or three hours, the meat is spread in a frying pan and fried over a small fire. In this case, the crust should be formed not at the beginning, but at the end of the frying. When the pork is half ready, add half of the pickled onions to it, first wring it from the marinade. When the onion turns brown, spread the remaining onion marinade, stew on high heat.

Such pork, fried with onions, will be soft, unpleasant, but very fragrant. To create the illusion of a real shish kebab, you can add a drop of liquid smoke 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

Method one. Meat in French classical

Pork, cut into small pieces, lightly beat, spread on a brazier, oiled. Salt, pepper, from above densely cover with onions. Sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese, put in the oven for about three quarters of an hour. The result should be a juicy and flavorful dish with a crispy golden brown crust.

Method two. Meat in French with mushrooms in a frying pan

If, for some reason, there is no way to cook meat in the oven, you should not be upset. Meat in French can also be cooked in a frying pan.

Pork cut into small pieces, stirring, fry almost until cooked in vegetable oil. When the meat is almost ready, it is sprinkled with a layer of onions cut into half rings, the grated cheese is laid on top, covered with a lid and makes the fire very small. After 5-10 minutes, turn off the fire, cover the frying pan.

Crispy cheese crust in this case does not work, but the meat will be fragrant and juicy.
