Rice is recommended to boil in half a glass of salted water. At the very end, add a small piece of butter and chill.

Eggs need to be cooked to a very steep condition, not less than half an hour.

Grate the carrots and put them well in a saucepan to evaporate all the liquid. Onions cut into small cubes and pour boiling water for ten minutes. After this, carefully drain the liquid.

Mix all the ingredients, add fifty grams of canned mushrooms, season with any sauce. Next, put the mixture in a deep salad bowl, on the bottom of which lay hands torn with lettuce leaves. Very delicious salad will be if you make it according to the following recipe: three boiled eggs grate large, put on top cubes of chopped onion and spread with mayonnaise. Then sprinkle finely grated hard cheese (100 grams), apply a mesh of sauce. Place slices of lightly salted salmon (120 grams). Now put the crushed yolks. The surface of the salad should be decorated with beautiful daisies with dill leaves.

The above methods of decorating dishes can be used to prepare almost any salad. The main thing is the fantasy of the hostess. Moreover, the "field" can be "supplemented" with lilies, roses and cornflowers.
