3. Drain the vermicelli and cook. At this stage, be abundantly salt, add your favorite seasonings and spices. This vermicelli is able to absorb any smell and taste.

4. Stir gently. Cook the noodles for no more than four minutes and drain. You do not need to rinse. Next, according to plan, we have a salad of Funchoza. Recipe at home choose any.

Put noodles on a plate, and on top - vegetables with beef and tofu.

Funchoza with meat and vegetables

This dish requires noodles with a diameter of more than 0.5 mm. It is recommended to prepare it as described above. Then there will be a delicious Funchoza salad. The recipe at home with meat can be used for cooking both cold and hot dishes.

It will require a veal tenderloin. This meat is very delicate and fragrant. Cut it with long straws. Fry on low heat with onion cubes. When the beef is cooked, add straws of red and green bell pepper to the frying pan, and after a while - in the same way sliced cucumber. Put out all together, add chopped garlic and ginger.

Put the noodles in a frying pan, mix well and serve on a table, sprinkling with parsley. This dish can also be served cold.

Rice noodles with mushrooms and spinach

This dish turns out fragrant, unusual to taste and very nutritious.

First we'll mushroom. Prepare the dried shiitake as indicated in the instructions on the package. Slice mushrooms, pour soy sauce, add sugar and sesame oil. Marinate for five minutes.

We prepare a thin vermicelli and set it aside.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and spinach. It should become bright green. Drain the water, rinse with cold water and squeeze.

In the pan, pour the oil, add all the vegetables. Salt, pepper and pull on a plate.

Now fry the mushrooms for two minutes and add the funch. All mix well. Next, put vegetables and spinach in the pan. Fry on low heat for two minutes.
