  • Onion juice - from 1 large head;
  • Fresh garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Olive oil refined - 2 spoons large;
  • Salt, black pepper and any spices - use at discretion.

Meat processing and marinade preparation

Delicious, softer and more tender steaks are obtained from pork meat. It must be thoroughly rinsed, and then cut into wide pieces 2 cm thick. Further it is required to mix separately orange juice, liquid honey, soy sauce, wet mustard, onion juice, grated cloves of garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt and any other spices. In the end, you should get a sweet and sour marinade.

Cooking process

After mixing all the ingredients, they need to lubricate the pork steaks, place them in a container and hold it for 1-2 hours. After this time, you can safely proceed with the heat treatment of the dish. It is recommended to do this in a frying pan with the addition of refined oil.

After the steaks are browned on both sides, they must be removed and placed on a plate next to the garnish. To serve such meat to the dinner table should be in hot form together with greens and a slice of bread.
