Water diet - the easiest way to lose weight
Probably, until now there is no diet that would be simpler and more accessible than water. After all, the bulk of recommended diets presupposes the preparation of special low-calorie meals, for which a working person does not always have time. Water diet is an excellent way for those who are totally busy, because it is available, convenient and has few contraindications.
Do not be surprised that the use of the most ordinary water contributes to weight loss. There is no miracle here. Water is an important part of our body, so its entry into the body is necessary to preserve health and shape. Water helps improve metabolism, improves the functioning of the intestines, removes toxins from the body. In addition, scientists recognized that our body does not distinguish between thirst and hunger. That is, it is possible that when you feel like eating, in fact the body simply needs water. Therefore, if the feeling of hunger has come to you at "unseasonable" time, just drink a glass of water and, perhaps, you will manage without an unplanned snack.
Water diet is designed for 2 weeks, at the end of the course should go to the usual drinking regime, which provides for drinking 1.5 liters of water per day. And during the diet the amount of necessary water is calculated by the simplest formula - for each kilogram of weight, forty milliliters of water is required. Thus, if your weight is, for example, 70 kilograms, then you are recommended to drink 2.8 liters of water per day. Those whose weight is more than eighty kilograms, this formula is not recommended, they should be limited to three to three and a half liters of water per day.
What are the recommendations of the water diet? First of all, you need to develop the habit of starting and ending your day with a glass of clean water. This useful skill is useful to you and after the diet is finished.
The best time to lose weight on the water is summer. The fact is that at a high temperature of the surrounding air, water is quickly excreted from the body without exerting an unnecessary burden on it. Drinking water is recommended for half an hour before the planned meal and an hour and a half after it. But during lunch you should not drink, as this complicates the digestion of food.
Also, drink whenever you want to eat something out of your planned meals. It is possible that in twenty minutes you will not remember that hunger was experienced.
Do not drink water with a volley, you need to do this gradually, in small sips. Despite the fact that the water diet involves consuming a lot of liquid, do not drink more than two glasses of water at a time, as this can lead to stretching of the walls of the stomach.
If you have never drank much water before, do not start the water diet immediately. First, accustom yourself to drink the usual one and a half liters a day, and only then go to the calculated rate of diet.
It is very useful during the water diet to take vitamin-mineral complexes, because thanks to a large amount of liquid, some of the nutrients from the body will be washed away.
Well, if you want a water diet to bring a really tangible result, try to adhere to the principles of healthy eating, making sure that your daily diet is in the range of 1300-1500 kcal. Strengthen weight loss and exercise fitness or any other physical activity.
And one more thing, the whole norm of the liquid recommended by the diet, it is necessary to drink exactly in the form of purified (in no case not carbonated) water. Neither tea, nor juice, nor other drinks or liquid dishes are included in this norm.
It should be noted that the diet on the water has virtually no contraindications, however, if you have kidney problems or have chronic gastrointestinal diseases, you should always consult a doctor before you start losing weight by this method.
