Beans stewed with vegetables - fast and tasty

To prepare the dish you will need:

- 500 gr. String beans - fresh and frozen, by the way, the latter is usually sold just in semi-kilogram packets;
- 200 gr. Tomatoes are 2 medium vegetables;
- 2 onion bulbs;
- 1 carrot and 3 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of thick sour cream 20% fat content;
Vegetable oil, a little greens of parsley, salt and black pepper.

Beans stewed with vegetables do not require any special skills in cooking: first wash all the ingredients, large pods of green beans cut into 2-3 parts. Now they need to boil in water until half ready - for fresh beans will be enough for 10 minutes, for frozen and even less - about 5. After that, discard the vegetables in a colander and rinse with running water. Onion finely chop, and carrots grate on a large grater. These two vegetables need to be fried in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, orient on the onions - when it acquires transparency, the roast is ready. After it, add the tomatoes cut into cubes, best without peel, and squeeze 3 cloves of garlic. Stir, and then lay the beans. Cook the vegetables for a maximum of 5 minutes, add sour cream, salt and pepper. After 5-7 minutes, the frying pan can be removed from the fire. Beans stewed with vegetables will be an excellent side dish, for example, meat, but for those who follow a diet, an independent second course for lunch or a light dinner. Vegetables can be served with greens: finely crumble dill, coriander or parsley and generously sprinkle the resulting stew.

Red beans stewed with vegetables

We continue to prepare vegetarian dishes, for delicious second of beans and vegetables, take:

- 1 can of red and white canned beans;
- 150 grams of cherry tomatoes (this is just half the standard pack);
- large onion bulb;
- 2 carrots;
- vegetable oil, a little greens and spices to your liking.

Onion chop half rings, cut small cherry tomatoes in half, and grate the carrots on a large grater. Greenery must be chopped finely. In a skillet with butter, first place the onion, lightly fry, it should become clear, then carrot, after - 100 gr. Tomatoes (leave a third of the quantity for decoration). Pour in a couple of spoonfuls of water and cook for 3-5 minutes. After that, drain the beans from the beans and put them on the pan. Mix well, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and greens. This recipe for stewed beans with vegetables is unusually simple, but at the same time very useful. As you know, beans contain very large amounts of protein and essential amino acids, so nutritionists highly recommend these dishes to those who follow a diet or for some reason do not eat meat. The body needs to replenish protein stores, so to always be in shape, eat beans and vegetables, it's tasty, fairly inexpensive and very, very useful.
