After all, you can buy it at any time in the store. However, the taste qualities of the purchased product are significantly different from those that have bread made in a single specimen. You can prepare such a product in many ways. We will present some of the most popular recipes, thanks to which you can bake real home-made bread.

Home-made milk loaf: a culinary recipe according to GOST

Sometimes I really want to surprise friends and relatives with my culinary delights. However, the usual buns and pies are already boring for many. In this regard, we decided to present to your attention a step-by-step recipe for a loaf. At home, it's quite easy to bake such a product. That's why even an inexperienced cook can cook it.

So what foods are needed to make delicious rasp bread? The recipe for a loaf, prepared at home, requires the use of:

  • Flour white wheat - about 165 g (apply for the sponge), about 135 g (add to the dough);
  • Warm drinking water - 85 ml (used for gums);
  • Yeast fresh - about 3 g (used for gums);
  • Milk warm cow (large fat content) - 70 ml (for the test);
  • Sugar white small - 12 g (for dough);
  • Iodized salt - 4 g (for the test);
  • Vegetable oil - to lubricate the mold;
  • Margarine quality - 10 g (for the test).

The recipe for a loaf, at home baked, is simple enough. First of all, it is necessary to make a spoon. To do this, white wheat flour is mixed with fresh yeast, and then add warm drinking water to it and mix a fairly steep and homogeneous base. In this form, cover it with a clean waffle towel and leave it in a warm place for 4 hours.

Preparation of the dough

  • Small white sugar - 8 g;

  • Vegetable oil (used without flavor) - to lubricate the mold.

How is a home-made threaded loaf made? A step-by-step recipe requires the use of a small number of simple and fully accessible components.

Before baking a delicious homemade product in the oven, you should knead the yeast base. To do this, take a large bowl and pour warm water into it for drinking. It dilutes sugar and salt, and then spread fresh yeast in granules. To make them swell, the resulting mixture is left aside for ¼ hour. After that, gradually add the sifted flour to the dishes.

After mixing a homogeneous and elastic dough, cover it with a clean towel and put in a warm place for about 90 minutes. In 1.5 hours, the base should increase several times in volume. At the same time it is recommended to change hands regularly.

There are quite a few different ways of forming a home loaf. The classic version was presented in the first recipe. But if you do not want to roll out the base, then for its baking it is recommended to use special thick aluminum molds.

After the yeast dough is infused in the heat, it is divided into two equal parts and spread into special containers, greased with vegetable fat. In this case, the substrate should be placed so that it does not reach the edges of the containers (should remain four to five centimeters).

Putting the dough into molds, they should be left in the heat for forty to fifty minutes. During this time, the base will rise and practically fill the dishes. After that, it is sent to a preheated oven. Preliminary on the surface of the products can be made lateral notches.

Bake a home loaf is recommended for an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. In doing so, it should become rosy, soft and very lush.
