Let's look at the simplest and easiest recipe for donuts on milk. To do this, take 150 grams of flour, as much sugar, 1 liter of milk, 8 eggs, 1 lemon, a few breadcrumbs and vegetable oil for frying in sufficient quantities.

We start by putting sugar in a bowl, adding 4 whole eggs and 4 more yolks from the remaining ones, rubbed with dried lemon peel and mixing it with whisk. In another bowl, mix the flour and milk so that there are no lumps. Now connect both mixtures and mix again. After pouring the resulting mass into a saucepan, put it on a slow fire and boil it, without stopping to stir it with a wooden spatula, until it thickens. Then we need a wide dish with low edges in order to be able to cool it in the custard, after having leveled its surface. Without taking it out of the dishes, cut the dough into rhombuses, roll them in grated breadcrumbs and lower them into the remaining proteins, which we also pre-whipped. Donuts are ready to fry in a large amount of butter until a ruddy state. Before serving, they should be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Do not think that this is a donut with sugar powder. Not at all. About how to make donuts of this kind - the conversation is separate. The recipe for the preparation of donuts with powdered sugar is slightly different from the above. Among the ingredients, the most part is cottage cheese. You need to take at least 600 grams of preferably home-made cottage cheese. But eggs will need much less - only 3. Another take a glass of flour and sugar, a lot of powdered sugar and salt on the tip of the knife. You need a baking powder or a soda with a vinegar.

How to make donuts with powdered sugar? All the ingredients except the powdered sugar mix, grind to smoothness, add a baking powder and cover the flour, carefully stir. Dough should not get liquid, because it will have to form balls. Fry donuts, put in a strainer or colander so that excess oil is drained and now, having rolled them twice in powdered sugar, and get hot donuts with powdered sugar.

The recipe for donuts-curls is original. For them, you need to take 350 grams of flour, half a glass of white dry wine, 2 eggs, 50 grams of butter and sugar. Well, the obligatory components of donuts: salt, sugar powder and vegetable oil for frying.

The dough is prepared simply. All components are thoroughly mixed and taken to a proofing, which takes approximately 30 minutes. After this time, the dough is rolled onto long fifteen-centimeter tows, which are twisted in pairs, and then join in circles. The resulting rings are roasted in a large amount of boiling deep-frying and then sprinkled with powdered sugar. Eat such donuts in a hot form.

The recipe for donuts would be unfinished, if we did not describe this dish with stuffing. Prepare them with nuts and lemon, and you can replace the stuffing on any other. For such donuts you will need: 6 glasses of flour, 10 grams of yeast, an incomplete glass of granulated sugar, 2 glasses of milk, 8 eggs, 6 tablespoons of softened butter, 100 grams of melted butter, 1 lemon juice, 2 tablespoons brandy. For the filling: 400 grams of nuts, 2-3 lemons and a half cup of sugar.

The dough is kneaded, allowed to come up, rolled into 2 layers of medium thickness, cut out circles. One puts the stuffing, the other is covered and the edges are pressed. After frying sprinkle with powdered sugar.
