This is not surprising, because it's not for nothing that pea soup is called curative. Required products:

500 g of pork

400 g of dried peas (a mixture of yellow and green)

150 g carrots

200 g of potatoes

Cooking method:

Peas put in cold water for several hours, rinse pork, cut into small pieces and, preliminarily fill with cold water, boil the broth. After boiling broth toss peas and cook for 40 minutes. Carrot cut into thin circles, onion chopped. Fry the onions and carrots a little until done. Potatoes cut into small cubes and add to the pan, a couple of minutes into the same place and put the vegetables. Before you turn off the soup, it should be salted and seasoned with bay leaf, peas of black pepper and paprika.

This pea soup with pork is also good because during a fast it can easily be cooked and not on a meat broth, that is, just on the water. It will turn out not worse!

Pea soup with pork meat "Babushkin"

Required products:

500 g of pork meat

200 g dried peas

1 spine of parsley

150 g carrots

150 g onion

Several art. L. Frying oils

Salt, spices.

Cooking method:

Peas soaked, boiled meat broth and put in it all without rest peas. Then you need to cook for about 40 minutes, until the peas are softened. Slice finely the onion, parsley and carrots, and fry a little. Put the vegetables in boiling broth for 15 minutes until the end of cooking. Season the dish to taste. Soup to serve with croutons or crackers.

Pea soup with pork "Fingers lick"

Required products:

400 g of pork meat

200 g of peas

300 g of potatoes

150 g onion

200 g carrots

A piece of fresh fat

Salt, spices to taste.

Grind the peas and boil the broth from the sliced meat. In the broth ready to lay out the peas and cook it until ready. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the pan. In the frying pan, melt the fat, add chopped onions and fry it until golden brown. On a medium grater, chop the carrots and put them to the onions, all together fry until done. Vegetables add to the soup, give a boil, salt, put the spices. Serve to the table with breadcrumbs.
