Some countries, especially those that are located in the south of Europe, just love the string bean. Particular respect for this product is used to show in Bulgaria. The string bean, the recipes of which we will consider today, is an ideal product not only for extinguishing and cooking, but also for freezing and canning. It is through these methods of cooking that you can keep the maximum amount of vitamin C and carotene in the product. In addition, the string beans , like peas, have a protein in their composition, in which the composition of amino acids is very similar to meat.

String beans: cooking With egg and tomatoes

Ingredients:

- string beans - about 400 grams;

- onions - 2 small or one large in size;

- tomatoes - 2 or 3 pieces;

- greens of coriander or parsley (large bundles);

- Garlic - 1 or 2 cloves;

- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;

- a teaspoon of salt;

- a little red ground pepper;

- vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

Rinse the beans thoroughly and cut into pieces. The length of each of them should be about 5-6 centimeters. It is great to cut beans with simple scissors.

Cut small cubes into small onions. Further it will need to be fried in vegetable oil until light golden color appears.

Now tomatoes are added to the fried onions, and all of this together should also be roasted until the tomatoes become a thick tomato sauce. It is very important that by the time you finish quenching, you get a steamed, thick and completely non-aquatic sauce.

While the tomatoes are stewed, you need to cook until half-ready beans. To do this, the already cut product is put in boiling water, which is necessarily slightly pre-salted. Cook the beans about 10 minutes. Be careful that the product is not digested in any way, otherwise the beans will turn out to be too soft, and this is not suitable for this dish. Note that the cooking time may vary slightly and depend on the bean itself.

Then the boiled string bean is laid out in a frying pan, in which the onions and tomatoes are already fried. Now all together need to be fried again for 15 minutes. Just do not forget to stir everything all the time.

The next step - add salt, add a small amount of red pepper and finely chopped greens in a dish. All is well mixed. Now beat the eggs and, constantly stirring them, get to the state when they stop having a liquid consistency.

It remains to add finely chopped garlic, mix again, and can be served to the table. The string beans are served, the recipes of which you have now learned, hot or warm, but not cold. Bon Appetit!

Braised green beans, the method of cooking which you will now learn, is an incredibly tasty dish made from string beans, extinguished in tomato sauce. This dish can be called quite simple, healthy and very appetizing.

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of green beans;

- onion;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 200 grams of olive oil;

- tomato paste;

- one tomato;

- mint, parsley;

- two potatoes;

- two carrots;

- glass of water.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden. Beans are added to the onions, tomato paste and all other ingredients. Now all you need to fill with water, cover and stew until cooked. When the dish is not ready yet, know that it can burn out. To avoid this, you need to pour a small amount of water.
