For dietary nutrition, the recipe for soup with vermicelli and chicken meat is perfect. Fructuous and aromatic, it will be a real holiday of taste for those who understand the first dishes.

To work, you need products in the following ratio: for 1 chicken carcass 7 potatoes, salt, vermicelli, 1 carrot, 4 cloves of garlic, onion, 3 bay leaves, 5 peas of black pepper, a little vegetable oil, and black pepper ground and fresh parsley.

Soup preparation instructions:

  1. The first thing you need to do is prepare the broth. To do this, the chicken should be boiled over low heat. After that, the prepared carcass should be put aside for a separate dish, and the broth itself - drain.
