Cooking soup with wheat is necessary by stages. Pre-soak the pearl barley for three hours in boiled water, then cook. If you do not soak the pearl barley, it will be firm. This is the mistake of many novice chefs, try to avoid it. Before soaking, pearl barley should be rinsed.

Beef sliced in small pieces, fry in sunflower oil, and then add the finished meat to the pearl barley and continue to cook.

To prepare soup from pearl barley and mushrooms, you will need products such as 2 liters of vegetable broth, 100 g of dried white mushrooms, 2 cups of sour cream, 1 glass of pearl barley, salt and pepper to taste, greens for decoration, 3.5 cups of hot water , 2 tablespoons of flour.

Mushrooms pre-soak in hot water for an hour. Soak the pearl barley for several hours. Put the pearl barley cook, stir for an hour. Chop large mushrooms.

We mix flour, sour cream and broth, then gently pour the mixture into the mass with pearl barley and cook, we also add mushrooms there. Bring to a boil and add seasoning.
