Soup with meatballs: step-by-step recipe and different cooking options

For work, the following ingredients will be needed: 400 grams of minced meat (beef or veal), two and a half liters of water, 25 grams of mango, 100 grams of rice, salt, onion, carrots, 4 potatoes, bay leaf, parsley and pepper.

In this case, you must perform the following actions:

  1. First add the minced meat to the stuffing, knead it well and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time the croup will swell, and the mass will become more airy.
  2. From prepared minced meat to make a few balls.
  3. In a saucepan boil a liter of water and cook the meat pieces in it for 3 minutes. After this, pour out the broth and put the meatballs in cold water (one and a half liters) and put them on the fire again.
  4. Add the washed rice.
  5. After boiling, chop the potatoes into the pan.
  6. At this time, you can fry the onions with carrots.

For such a dish you will need to prepare in advance: 1 kilogram of mashed tomato pulp, 400 grams of minced meat (chicken), a slice of white bread, 600 milliliters of broth, egg, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots and onions, salt, 40 grams of butter, Ground pepper, a teaspoon of dried herbs (oregano, basil and rosemary), yogurt and a little parsley.

Prepare a soup is not difficult:

  2. Boil 2 liters of water, and then dip into it a large chopped peeled potato.
