Chicken liver soup is a very satisfying and nutritious first course, for the preparation of which you do not need to purchase a large number of expensive components.

There are several recipes for this dinner. We will only present the simplest and most accessible.

Simple soup from chicken liver: recipe for cooking the first dish

  • Chicken liver, freshly frozen - not less than 300 g;

  • Bay leaves - 2 leaves;
  • Buckwheat groats - ½ cup;
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) - use to taste and desire;
  • Salt and other spices - apply at your discretion.

Before you cook the soup from the chicken liver, you should treat all the ingredients. The byproduct is thawed and then washed in cool water. Preparing ingredients

To prepare the food in question, the chicken liver is thawed, and then thoroughly washed, removing all unnecessary elements. After that, the by-product is cut into small pieces and crumbled in wheat flour.

After processing the liver, immediately begin to prepare vegetables. Carrots tinder on the grater, and potatoes and bulbs - shredded cubes.

Fry ingredients

To make the most satisfying and delicious soup, some products are recommended to be fried in a pan. It is poured a little oil, strongly heated, and then spread the chicken liver, scooped in flour. After frying the by-product to a golden state, it is placed on a plate and left to one side. As for the frying pan, it is added a little more oil (vegetable), and then spread a carrot and onions.

So, to make soup-puree from the liver of chicken, it is necessary to prepare:

  • Chicken liver, freshly frozen - not less than 350 g;
  • Chicken fried chicken hearts - about 150 g;
  • Bulb large sweet - 1 head;
  • Potatoes average - about 2 pcs .;
  • A large juicy carrot - 1 piece;
  • Broccoli frozen - 150 g;
  • Whole milk - ½ cup in broth and 1 cup for soaking offal;
  • Sunflower oil - about 35 ml;
  • Peas green ice cream - 180 g;
  • Fresh greens - use to taste and desire;
  • Salt and other spices - apply at your discretion.

Preparation of ingredients

To cook the children's dish, the by-products are thawed (liver and hearts), thoroughly washed and removed by all unwanted elements. Then they are shredded in medium pieces, spread into a bowl and poured with fresh milk. This is necessary for the liver to lose its inherent bitterness, become soft and as gentle as possible.

While the by-products are soaked in milk, they begin processing vegetables. Carrots and potatoes are shredded in large cubes, and bulbs are thick semirings.

As for broccoli and green peas, they are used in ice cream.

Cooking products

Cook the soup of chicken hearts and liver in a large saucepan. It is filled with water and boiled. Then put the liver and hearts in the dishes, and also add a little milk and spices.

Then in it lay out half-rings of an onion and fry them to a ruddy state. After that, they add a liver and chicken hearts. Mixing the ingredients, they are salted and peppered to taste. When ingredients are browned, they are immediately removed from the plate.

Present the soup to the dinner table

Preparing a thick vegetable broth, it is poured over small plates. Also to the soup-puree add previously fried chicken hearts, liver and half-rings of onions. If you want, then you can pour a dish and a small amount of sunflower oil, in which the by-products were prepared.
