Shrimp sauce

Shrimp - a very useful and tasty product with dietary qualities. Shrimp in tomato sauce

You will need these ingredients:

Shrimps in creamy garlic sauce

You will need:

- Butter - 50g;

- garlic - a few denticles;

- cream - one glass;

- greens, salt.

Melt butter in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and simmer for a few minutes over a low heat. Pour in the cream, stir and allow to boil. Add greens and salt. You can put shrimp in the sauce - it will be even more delicious. After about ten minutes, get the shrimp, and the sauce may need to be left on the fire for a couple of minutes to thicken. When serving, pour the sauce on the prawns.

If you make creamy garlic or tomato sauce for shrimps, rice or potatoes are a good choice. The recipe is designed for 1kg of shrimp.

Ginger sauce

Take a small onion, thinly sliced ginger root in an amount of a quarter cup, half a glass of soy sauce, and ¼ tbsp. Vinegar apple. Now you can do the preparation of the sauce. All ingredients should be placed in a blender or food processor. Then you need to place the sauce in a prepared container, cover it with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator before serving.

Pink sauce

Yoghurt sauce

For its preparation, you should take natural yoghurt - 1.5 cups, garlic - 4 denticles, a glass of lime juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a bunch of cilantro, pepper, salt.

In enameled dishes it is necessary to mix all the prepared ingredients: crushed garlic, greens, yogurt, lime juice, butter. Add salt to taste (use sea salt better) and mix thoroughly. The sauce should stand under the lid for about half an hour. Then cook the shrimps, put them on a dish and pour them sauce.

Shrimps are very tasty in themselves, but with the addition of various sauces their taste qualities are revealed completely and give real pleasure to those who decided to try such a great snack. The sauce for shrimps, in which mayonnaise is not used, will be light and low-calorie, so it can be cooked without fearing for its shape.
