A bit of history

Lubelsko-Dmitrovskaya - the tenth line of the Moscow metro. This is a relatively new line, the beginning of the construction of it was in the hardest years for the Moscow metro construction. It is known that its design began in October 1983, and the construction of the first section was planned in the late 80's. However, it was only possible to open it in 1995. Six stations of the new line (from Chkalovskaya to Volzhskaya) and depots were delivered with large errors. The following year, three more stations were opened in the opposite direction to the "Marino".

Today this branch of the metro has 17 stations, its length is 29 kilometers. The opening of the last finished site occurred in December 2011 with the final stop "Zyablikovo" in the south. The final station in the north direction is called "Marina Grove", it was opened in 2010. "Seligerskaya" - a metro station, which for the time will be the last in the north of the line.

On the scheme of the Moscow Metro, this line is marked with light green (light green) color.

Construction of the metro station "Seligerskaya"

The length of the construction site to "Seligerskaya" is 10.6 kilometers. Construction began in the summer of 2011. Works were simultaneously conducted and conducted on several sites.

Mechanized tunnel-tunneling complexes construct tunnels and ventilation shafts. The work is also boiling on the construction of stations.

"Seligerskaya" metro station will be located at the crossroads of Dmitrovsky and Korovinskoe highways. She will have about 12 exits. It will be equipped with a good entrance from both highways.

"Seligerskaya" is a subway station of shallow location, which is why it is possible not only to reduce the costs of its construction, but also to erect it for shorter periods.

In 2014 in Moscow it is planned to build at least 14 kilometers of the metro. In January of this year, the number of construction sites of the Moscow Metro was estimated at 150.
