For dinner, you always want something meat. Among the existing recipes for second course meat, of course, there is something to choose. We will consider the second dishes from pork with you, since the pork meat is the easiest to find on the market.

I chose some of the most delicious and interesting recipes that I personally checked.

Recipe 1. Pork in batter. To prepare this dish, we need 500 grams of low-fat pork fillet, 1 egg, salt and wheat flour.

First we prepare the dough. To do this, beat the egg and salt, add as much flour as needed for a thick dough that does not drain off the meat. We knead, - the dough is ready. We postpone it while a foreign person.

Pork fillets are cut into 5 identical pieces (5 portions are obtained) and beat off from both sides with a wooden hammer. Solim and again beat off. Next, each piece is dipped in a dough and fried on both sides in vegetable oil. Serve with or without garnish. Personally, I cook a mashed potato mashed potato and some light vegetable salad. Such meat dishes from pork can also be served at the festive table.

In general, pork meat is divided into three categories of fat content: fatty, low-fat and lean meat. Therefore, if you are preparing fried second courses of pork, it is better to use lean meat, and if it is a question of baked pies - here you can use fat pork. It should be noted that among the pork still stand out the category of "bacon" - this is a piece of meat with thin layers of fat, something like a "zebra". So it's not always possible to prepare the second dishes from pork blindly.

Recipe 2. Pork with vegetables. This recipe was shared by my old friend. Preparation takes about an hour. So, we need 500 grams of pork, a glass of peas, 100 grams of low-fat sour cream (15%), a spoonful of tomato paste, 1 large onion, medium-sized carrot, parsley, salt and spices for pork.

Meat cut into small cubes, salt, season and fry until crust. While meat is fried, rinse peas, remove ugly peas, pour water and cook until half cooked. Then we add peas, pork meat, carrots, onions, salt and put them in a deep scallop in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take out, add sour cream, tomato paste and greens, again put in the oven for 10 minutes. Done. These delicious pork dishes can be cooked in the oven. The taste of something resembles a roast.

Recipe 3. Pork cutlets are very tasty, but I decided to improve this recipe and cook cutlets with cheese stuffing. For cutlets, we need 500 grams of pork (if meat is fat), two pieces of black bread, 1 egg, salt and breadcrumbs. For the filling we need 100 grams of any hard cheese (I prefer cheese "Table") and greens, you can dill or parsley, or a mixture of them.

We pass the pork and bread through the meat grinder. We add an egg, salt, you can pepper a little, mix everything well. Cheese grate on a small grater, cut the greens and combine with cheese. The minced meat is divided into 6 parts, from each part we form a flat cake, put the cheese stuff in the center, put the meat cake in half and roll it into the cutlet. Should be an oval cutlet. Then we pan in breadcrumbs and fry from two sides. You can just bake in the oven, it's also very tasty. To the table it is better to serve hot, as the cheese inside is melted and very tender. As a side dish you can serve stewed vegetables, various cereals, mashed potatoes, and you can serve without garnish, since the dish itself is very satisfying. It goes well with fresh vegetables, you can simply cut fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers.
