According to the recipe you need to prepare 600 g of meat, a liter of broth, a spoonful of sugar and 3 tablespoons of vinegar. In addition, it takes carrots, a little celery, a bulb, butter (literally 60 g), 2 tablespoons horseradish (grated), garlic, bay leaves, vegetable oil and spices (salt, cloves, peppers, coriander).

Carrots with celery are cut into thin straws. In this case the bulb is semirings. In this form all these vegetables are sent to a frying pan, where they are fried in vegetable oil.

Meanwhile, the broth should go to a boil. It immediately adds the main seasonings, vinegar and the resulting mixture of vegetables. Shortly in gauze, broth, cloves, pepper, bay leaf and coriander also drop. Only then in the liquid put pieces of meat and garlic. In this form, pork with vegetables is stewed for about 10 minutes. After that, the meat is taken out on a plate.

A small amount of broth (2 cups) is beaten with horseradish and butter (40 g). But the vegetables recline into a colander. On the festive plates, a small amount of prepared sauce is poured, vegetables are dropped into it, and a piece of meat is put on top. In this form, the dish is served on the table.

Pork with vegetables in Chinese

  • A pork kilogram of pork;

  • 100g of pineapple (canned);
  • 2 tablespoons of starch;
