Salad with pickled honey agarics

Honey mushrooms are very delicious mushrooms that grow in the forest. From them prepare the most different dishes - soups, salads, pies ... Very tasty is a salad with pickled mushrooms, which is made from canned mushrooms.
We will need the following set of products: a jar of marinated fudge, onion, 200 grams of sausage (boiled), three eggs, mayonnaise.

We take out the mushrooms from the can and wash them, then put them in a salad bowl. Eggs finely chopped, sausage and onions cut into cubes and add to the mushrooms. Sprinkle with pepper, add and season with any good mayonnaise. Now our salad is ready. It remains only to mix thoroughly before serving, and spread out on plates.

You can make another, but also a delicious salad with marinated mushrooms. This Russian food can be everyday, as an addition to the main course, and festive - as a great snack. We offer to prepare a festive salad with marinated mushrooms, and it is called "Mushroom Glade". I usually cook it in layers. You need to boil and cut the meat filet. However, the fillet can also be fried. This is the first layer. Then comes a layer of boiled potatoes, a layer of pickled fudge. The last layer is the egg. All the layers are lubricated with mayonnaise, and from the top we fill the "glade" with grated cheese. Sprinkle a little finely chopped herbs (to see the cheese) and decorate with mushrooms, laying mushrooms with the bonnets up.

We cut the following ingredients into cubes: smoked chicken fillet, cucumbers, prunes, carrots and put them in layers in a salad bowl - mushrooms, fillets, carrots, prunes, cucumbers and not too abundantly greased with mayonnaise, and then repeat one more time. Salad looks good in a glass high salad bowl, as it does not "wrap up" on top. If there is no suitable salad bowl, then you can lay out all the ingredients in strips or sectors on a large dish, and then, at guests' time, mix.

The next dish you just need to try is a salad with chicken and honey agarics. Boil the chicken fillet. Mushrooms can be taken dry. Preliminary they need to soak in milk or sour cream, and then fry with onions and carrots. First fry finely grated onions and carrots and add mushrooms to them. Fry 10 minutes, then cool. On the middle grater, rub three eggs and mix all the ingredients, add the tinned corn (drain the jar from the jar) and fill it with mayonnaise.
