After this time, add the spoon into the flour and mix with the remaining amount of water. Knead the dough. It is desirable to knead for ten minutes to get the desired elasticity. Add in the dough two tablespoons of oil. Knead to allow the oil to soak in as evenly as possible throughout the test. Then from the dough should make a ball, put it in a pre-lubricated container (lubricate with oil) and cover with food film. Put the container in a warm place and wait about an hour, so that the dough doubles.

Now you need to make a cake. Pizza at home involves the production of a cake, the size of a baking tray available in the oven or less. As a rule, the size is 23 - 25 centimeters.

Pizza at home can be cooked with different fillings.
