Home canning: vegetable salad, recipe for winter

Vegetables collected from their own infield are always more delicious than store or stall. After all, you know very well how exactly the soil was treated and what fertilizers you used. You picked exactly those varieties of vegetables that seem to you the best, keep up well in your climatic conditions and meet your needs for acidity, sweetness, sharpness, etc. And that's why, of course, you want to save the harvest as much as possible and spin up the homemade canned food.

What exactly should be a classic vegetable garden salad? The recipe for the winter offers a variety of options - it all depends on what kind of useful plants you planted and grown. For example, if you have zucchini, tomatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, garlic, then all this will best live in one bank. Of course, you have to store all the components in 3-liter cans - stock up on them! The number of them is free, if suddenly some component is over - it does not matter. Salad "vegetable garden", a recipe for the winter, allows you to vary the composition of the ingredients. So, if you were engaged and melons, then safely put in a jar and a couple of slices of watermelons. The bookmark is made in this way: put 5-6 peas of sweet-scented pepper and a piece of pod on the bottom of the prepared container. Add an umbrella dill, horseradish, black currant and cherry leaves. Then a few slices from cabbage cabbage, small cucumbers, slices or mugs cut into zucchini or squash, strong small tomatoes, mugs of carrots. From the garden to the banks

From above put dill (for a smell) and it is possible still garlic. Pour this beauty should be hot water, let stand for 15 minutes. Then pour into a saucepan, boil again and pour in the vegetables. Leave again for 15 minutes and drain again. After that, pour a glass of vinegar into the pan (full, if 6%, and ¾, if 9%), a glass of sugar, 3-4 tablespoons of salt, leave to boil again. If, after such heat treatment, pour the salad "Ogorod" (a recipe with the photo attached) with a boiling marinade spread over the banks, then they can not be sterilized. Turn over the banks, wrap them and leave to cool down.
