Mushrooms cut into plates and briefly fry in oil. Apple cut into cubes, goat cheese finely break, and the orange, peeling off the peel and dividing into slices, cut into small pieces. Bulgarian peppers are cleaned of seeds and with the help of a jagged knife for cutting bread, turn into beautiful stripes. From yogurt, lemon juice and mustard, mix the sharp sauce for dressing the salad. Leaving some pepper for decoration, mix in a deep bowl all the components of the salad. Fill the prepared sauce, put it in a deep salad bowl and decorate with stripes of pepper. Before serving the table, try to cool the salad in the fridge.
