Duck in the oven: for holidays and for every day

It is not often, but it does happen that a duck enters our kitchen. Usually it is baked in the oven entirely. How is the duck cooked in the oven? Yes, almost the same as the chicken.

You can cook a duck and another recipe, for example, a duck in the oven, baked in a dough. The dough can be bought in the store, and you can knead yourself. I took puff yeast, but almost any will do. The dough turns out - just delicious!

Very tasty and Christmas duck in the oven with rice and mushrooms. Duck, cooked according to this recipe, turns out juicy and fragrant. For such a stuffed duck weighing one and a half kilograms you need to take: a third of a glass of rice, one onion, three hundred grams of champignons, four pieces of walnuts, a teaspoon of honey, five to six large spoons of soy sauce, vegetable oil, spices and spices. Very good taste gives saffron.

If the duck was frozen, then after defrosting it should be scalded twice with boiling water to make the skin whiten, tighten and become more elastic. Now we prepare the marinade: for this purpose carefully mix the sauce, honey, spices and seasonings and add half a teaspoon of salt. We rub the duck from inside with salt, and outside with marinade, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator. After an hour the procedure is repeated again and again put the duck in the refrigerator.

Onions and mushrooms are fried until golden-colored, salted and mixed with pre-boiled rice and walnuts.
